Terms of Service & Mainframe Access Agreement

1. Acceptance of Operational Parameters

If your node rejects any parameter, operational restriction, or clause outlined in this structural document, you are strictly prohibited from utilizing this infrastructure, and must terminate your data routing connection immediately. All analytical assets, source codes, visual rendering arrays, and textual frameworks deployed on this platform are protected under absolute international intellectual property, copyright, and digital asset frameworks.

2. Core Intellectual Property & Limited Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily stream or cache a singular copy of the published material (including ball-player energy matrix models, mass resonance evaluations, and macro historical trajectory reports) exclusively for individual, non-commercial, analytical evaluation. This constitutes the issuance of an operational Use License, not an explicit transfer of title or proprietary asset rights.

Under the operational boundaries of this license, you are strictly prohibited from:

• Deploying our data sets for any commercial extraction or high-frequency automated scraping;

This license shall immediately terminate with absolute prejudice if your node violates any structural restriction defined in this protocol. Upon the revocation of this license, your node must purge all cached data assets in its physical or digital possession.

3. Ultimate Liability Waivers & Data Disclaimer

All materials, data matrices, and chronological models provided on this platform are served on an “As-Is” and “As-Available” institutional basis. Chronological Energetics Laboratory makes zero guarantees, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all alternative liabilities, including without limitation, implied warranties of marketability, fitness for a specific sports betting or digital asset strategy, or non-infringement of external intellectual properties.

Furthermore, the laboratory does not warrant or make any representations concerning the absolute mathematical accuracy, predictive certainty, or operational reliability of the temporal energetic models published herein.
